Make a Referral

Parents of Pre-School students who believe their child may be in need of special education services (speech-language, occupational therapy, physical therapy, teacher or behavior supports), please send a written request for a pre-school evaluation to Renee Fanaro and complete the registration forms. Link to referral form
The special education office will contact you to begin the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) process once we receive the referral. Please contact Ann Chilano at 585-591-1551 if you have any questions or to follow up on your referral. You will receive a referral packet from the special education office within 10 business days of receipt of the referral.

Adult Career and Continuing Education Services- Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) services are for individuals with disabilities that interfere with getting or keeping a job or who have difficulty advancing at their job. VR services may only be provided if your goal is employment.
Office for People with Developmental Disabilities
In addition to Medicaid services, OPWDD also provides New York State-funded family support services, which are designed to assist families in providing care for their loved ones who live full-time in their family home, and employment supports, which include ongoing job coaching, job matching, and vocational training
